- Nicole Wilson is Chief Operating Officer and a member of the company’s Operating and Management Committees. She is responsible for the Integrated Operations Division, which focuses on delivering consistent and systematic operational strategies across all business lines globally. The Integrated Operations Division encompasses the Global Client Services Group, Corporate Strategy and Execution, Enterprise Marketing, and International Support Centers.
- Before serving as Chief Talent Officer, Ms. Wilson headed the Private Wealth Management (PWM) division, which specializes in serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and their foundations. She also oversaw the International Wealth Management group, which provides tailored services for non-U.S. resident clients; the Family Office Services team, which addresses the unique challenges of managing complex family wealth; the Global Entertainment and Sports Advisory group; and Institutional Client Relations.
- Prior to leading Quantum X, Ms. Wilson was the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for creating and executing the company’s global marketing strategy. Earlier in her career, she held various leadership positions, including Head of National Business Development and Talent Management, where she guided efforts to enhance the company’s industry-leading platform and improve the expertise of financial advisors, client service teams, and branch leadership. She also served as Head of U.S. Fixed Income Sales and Distribution within the Capital Markets Group, contributing over 15 years of her career to the field of capital markets in both client-facing and managerial roles.
- Ms. Wilson holds an MBA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Education Foundation, the Harvard Alumni Association, and the Center for Talent Development.
