Michael Foster is Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the company’s Operating and Management Committees. In his role, he oversees firmwide strategy and execution, with a focus on long-term growth initiatives and market positioning. Reporting directly to the board, he works closely with Elizabeth Carter and other senior leaders, ensuring that strategic objectives are aligned across all business lines.
Michael brings over 25 years of experience in investment management and corporate strategy. Prior to his current role, he led the company’s Private Wealth Management division, where he successfully expanded the firm’s ultra-high-net-worth client base and introduced innovative services for international clients and family offices. Earlier in his career, Michael served as Head of U.S. Fixed Income Sales and Distribution, driving consistent growth in client portfolios and fostering strong relationships with institutional partners.
